Need someone to talk to? Here are resources to help if you're feeling down
Friends,
We are all struggling with how to handle being stuck at home.
We’re struggling to establish routines when much of the normal structure of our lives is gone. We’re struggling to get along without being around the ones we love and the ones that mentor us and guide us through our days.
We’re struggling to get along without the sports and physical activity routines that kept us healthy and reduce stress. Many of our families and seniors are struggling just to get the food they need.
There are resources out there where you can get help. If you need someone to talk to about what’s going on, you can call the non-emergency California Peer-run Warm Line at 855-845-7415.
The California Youth Crisis Line offers assistance for people ages 12 to 24 every day, round the clock. You can reach it by calling or texting 1-800-843-5200 or by visiting Calyouth.org
