WATCH: A Shot of Truth with Mayor Steinberg, Ep. 1 - Vaccine Hesitancy & Pregnancy

Tonight at 6 p.m. Mayor Steinberg’s office will launch the first in a series of interviews with health experts to learn more about the safety of the vaccinations for Covid-19 and to address the concerns that we have heard from constituents. Please join us as Mayor Steinberg talks to experts who can address the concerns of women and families worried about getting the vaccine while pregnant or trying to become pregnant.

Mayor Steinberg’s guests will be:

Dr. Anita Chandrasena, MD, new Division Chief Physician Executive at Dignity Health. Dr. Chandrasena is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.

Shannon Shaw, Executive Director of Her Health First, which provides support to pregnant Black women in Sacramento County.
