Sacramento's own National Youth Poet Laureate recites poem at Sacramento City Council meeting

Alexandra Huynh, 18, was honored at the Sacramento City Council meeting on May 25 after being named as the country’s new National Youth Poet Laureate. Listen as she recites “Inheritance,” a poem she wrote in quarantine as she tried to imagine a better world. Huynh was introduced by Councilmember Mai Vang.
