Taylor Gutermute
Taylor began developing her art process as a child using whatever was available to create three-dimensional forms. She has worked with recycled materials, sheet metal and creates items suitable for display inside or outside. Her work can be found in offices, outside buildings, in parks and in residential yards.

She has lived and worked in San Francisco, New York and Sacramento. Taylor has an MFA in sculpture from the School of Visual Art in NYC as well as a BA from San Jose State University and an MA from San Francisco State University.

In addition to her solo work she does collaborative works of art with groups or individuals. Her work can be seen by appointment and every Second Saturday at her studio in the ARTHOUSE Gallery, 1021 R Street.
